Many treatments and anti acne products are out in the market. Most of them are expensive and usually requires other kind of product or treatment for it to be more effective. Although these products are clinically tested, they still contain ingredients that may possibly cause irritation to the skin. However, your money invested in these acne products will just go to waste and your time and effort s well will just go to waste if you do not know the basics of taking care of your skin.  

 

            Along with using acne products, there are three basic steps that you should do to assure you of having an acne free skin. This is because these steps will make you and your skin at its healthiest state. First, you have to wash your skin because washing helps remove excess surface oils and dead skin cells. Washing the skin twice a day gently with water and a mild soap is usually all that is required. The second step is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eat well, and do exercise. In this way, your skin can receive the vitamins and minerals to keep them nourished. Last, the third step is to get enough sleep to avoid stress. Stress can have many physiologic effects on the body, including changes in hormones that may theoretically lead to acne. In some cases the stress may actually be caused by the acne lesions.

 

            Following these, you will be three steps away in having that healthy and acne free skin!
